6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Inline Skates (with signs of wear)

  • Intermediate Shoulder Pads (without original packaging)
  • All personal protective gear that has been worn or used

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Package items securely with the RMA number visible

Refunds are processed as follows:

  • Return processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your returned items
  • Visa, MasterCard, JCB: 5-7 business days to process refund to original payment method
