Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you adequate time to ensure your hockey equipment meets your performance expectations.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact and included
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Personal protective equipment must be in sealed, original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Ice Hockey Skates (once sharpened or used)
- Inline Skates (with signs of wear)
- Gloves (used or without original packaging)
- Elbow Pads (opened or used)
- Intermediate Shoulder Pads (without original packaging)
- All personal protective gear that has been worn or used
Return & Exchange Process

- Receive Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
