Whether you’re upgrading your intermediate protective gear or trying out new inline skates, we’ve got you covered.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your hockey equipment meets your expectations.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact and included
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Personal protective equipment must be in sealed, original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Ice Hockey Skates (once sharpened or used)
  • Inline Skates (with signs of wear)
  • Gloves (used or without original packaging)
  • Elbow Pads (opened or used)
  • Intermediate Shoulder Pads (without original packaging)
  • All personal protective gear that has been worn or used

Return & Exchange Process

  3. Receive Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Package Items Securely: Include the RMA number on your package

Refund Timeline & Method

Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your returned items

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Visa, MasterCard, JCB: 5-7 business days to process
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to process

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Shipping

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new items using the same shipping method as your original order. If you prefer expedited shipping for your exchange, additional charges may apply.
